They provided shop drawings extremely early in the process and materials were available when needed and installed in a timely manner. There were some issues with installation outside of their control and Craven worked diligently to make the corrections accordingly. I would be glad to use them on any project in the future and would highly recommend them.

Awesome work. Love this place. Aweet. Vera. There friendly dog. They gave me a free mirror to put in my little nieces art design that had broken.
Paid them to make a window screen last year because New Bern rentals never replaced window screen that was missing. And just recently had them make us a tempered glass shelf for freezer since New Bern rental wouldn’t get us one with their old Roper refrigerator/freezer they have in place. I will be taking it with us when we move out too because we get no compensation.
